Home of the Pierre Jourdan Cap Classiques, Haute Cabrière is a family-led winery with deep roots in the Franschhoek valley. The tasting room looks into the underground cellar and out over the valley, and cellar tours with a tasting run daily at 12:00. Note that the restaurant is closed from 8 November to 4 December.
