The experience
More than a wine tour: the day opens at Spice Route in Paarl, where chocolate, beer and wine all compete for attention, then moves next door to Fairview for its goats’ cheese pairings.
You pass Mandela’s former prison on the way to Franschhoek and La Motte, then end at Delaire Graff in Stellenbosch for wine and its art collection. Tastings and lunch are paid as you go.
