About Spier

Wine has been made at Spier since 1692, and its cellar is the oldest dated cellar still in use in South Africa. Today this regenerative farm, about 40 minutes from Cape Town, is a favourite for relaxed tastings, picnics on the lawns and child-friendly gardens.

Kids can mix their own cordial blends in the Garden Mixologist Adventure (book ahead, limited spots). Spier no longer lists a grape juice tasting.
